"Communication could’ve been better"
Maybe it’s just me, but I found it hard to get a clear answer. I emailed twice and the replies were slow and kind of vague. The basket itself was fine, but the back-and-forth made the whole order feel more stressful than it needed to be

"Decent basket, but a few things were kinda crap"
Overall, the basket was nice and had some good stuff in it, but the fruit was a bit sad. It didn’t taste super fresh, and a couple pieces were borderline garbage. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely could’ve been better.

"Nice basket, but the delivery timing was off"
The gift basket itself was nice and showed up in decent shape, but the delivery took longer than I expected. It didn’t arrive on the day I was hoping for, which was frustrating. I know companies always have their polished explanations about shipping windows and delays, but at the end of the day, the timing just wasn’t great. Not a disaster, but I’d be a little cautious if you need it there on a specific date.

"Pretty good deal, I think"
I ordered a gift basket for my sister and, i think it was worth the price. I kept wondering if it would feel a little cheap once it arrived, but it actually had a nice amount of stuff in it and looked really nice. Delivery went fine too, at least from what I could tell. I’d probably buy it again.

I ended up getting a basket with the wrong stuff in it and it wasn’t what I ordered. Frustrating because I was expecting the items I picked out and this just wasn’t it.

"Nice selection, but a little overwhelming"
I liked that they had a really good range of gift baskets to choose from, and there were plenty of options for different tastes and occasions. That said, it actually took me a while to decide because there were so many choices, and the site could maybe make it a bit easier to narrow things down. Overall though, it was a solid experience...

Checkout on hazeltonsgiftbaskets.com was easy overall. I found the basket I wanted, put in the delivery details, and the payment went through fine with no weird errors or anything.
The only thing was the shipping options weren’t exactly crystal clear, so I had to double-check the date before I placed the order. It wasn’t nothing major though, and I’d use them again

"The gift itself was okay, no..."
The gift itself was okay, no real complaints there. But the customer service? Yeah, that was a bit frustrating. I kept thinking, “Surely they’ll reply soon,” but nope. I ended up having to message twice just to get a simple update. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than I expected.

"Not gonna lie, it was frustrating"
Not gonna lie, I tried ordering a gift basket and the whole experience was kind of a pain. The site felt slow, the filters didn’t really narrow things down in a useful way, and every time I tried to check my cart, I felt like I was getting sent somewhere else. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but after spending way too much time on it, I just gave up.

"Kind of a letdown, honestly"
I’ve ordered gift baskets online before and they can be hit or miss, but this one was definitely a miss. It looked way nicer on the website than what actually showed up. My sister said it felt cheap, and a few of the items were either tiny or just not there. Since it was for her birthday, I felt really embarrassed. I probably wouldn’t order from this site again.

"Arrived on time, but the packaging made me nervous"
The gift basket did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the outer box was a little dented and the tape looked kind of messy. Nothing inside was broken, thankfully, but I was definitely worried for a minute that something might have gotten damaged or that the gift wouldn’t look nice. It ended up being fine, but I’d have felt better if the packaging looked a bit more secure and presentable...

I had a problem with my order trying to get it sorted out was exhausting. Emails took days to get a response, and when I called, support just kept telling me the same thing without actually fixing anything. It felt like I was being passed around from one person to another, and nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. I kept having to follow up, only to get vague answers and no real solution. It was especially frustrating because this was supposed to be a gift. Really disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from hazeltonsgiftbaskets.com again.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the basket actually looked really nice when it arrived. The wrapping was neat, everything was arranged pretty, and it looked full too. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Clear about substitutions, but still a bit of a hassle"
I did appreciate that they let me know upfront about a couple of substitutions in the basket, so there weren’t any weird surprises when it showed up. It still looked nice when it arrived, which was a relief. The ordering was easy overall, though I do wish it didn’t feel like it took quite so much effort to double-check everything. "Nice basket, ridiculous shipping"
The basket itself was fine, honestly. It looked nice and showed up in decent shape, so no major complaints about the actual gift.
But then the shipping cost came in like some kind of checkout gremlin. I wasn’t expecting the “surprise fee monster” to add that much, and it made the whole thing feel way more expensive than it should’ve been.
I probably would’ve ordered from them again if delivery was more reasonable, but with that nonsense tacked on, I don’t think I’d use them next time.

so I ordered a gift basket and the tracking was annoying. It barely updated for days, and then all of a sudden it switched to out for delivery without giving any real idea of when it would show up.
The basket did arrive, but it was later than I expected, and I kept having to check the status myself. Customer service was fine, but the tracking experience definitely needs to be better.
